Recipe one (for one)
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons of skim milk or another vegetable drink
- 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed
- 1 medium size banana
Recipe two (for two)
- 1 egg and 1 egg whites
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons of bran or oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
- 1 scoop of Wheyprotein
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
For both recipes, put everything in a blender and cook in a nonstick skillet or with a drizzle of olive oil. Flip it very carefuly.
Plate with a square of dark chocolate without sugar, fruit, yogurt or quark cheese and goji berries.
