Ingredients

Filling
  • 200g of wholemeal flour
  • 100g of soy butter or light butter
  • 50 cl of water
  • A pinch of salt
  • Ground cinnamon to taste
Piecrust
  • 4 peeled and seedless apples
  • Ground cinnamon to taste
  • Brown sugar or honey (optional)

Preparation

Filling

Preheat oven to 180ºC. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl (or in your Bimby) and schedule 15 seconds (or speed 6), until the dough looks like thick sand. Pour the dough into a form with a removable bottom and set aside.

Piecrust

Place apples, cinnamon and brown sugar or honey (optional) in a mixing bowl and grind for 5 seconds (or speed 4). The goal is not to form a pap, but to get apple chunks. Pour the mixture on the dough and sprinkle it with with cinnamon and brown sugar (optional). Bake at 180° C until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
