SPECIAL EDITION // 4 weeks challenge: Going Paleolithic

- 6 to 8 eggs
- 200 ml of coconut milk
- About 200g of linseed flour
- 100g to 150g of grated parmesan
- 1 dessertpoon of baking powder
- Butter or oil for greasing
Mix all ingredients in a blender until they get smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased pan and put it in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 30 minutes.
