• 4 carrots
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Bake the carrots with the cinnamon stick. When cooked, turn it to puree by mashing it and leave to cool. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Sift the flour and baking powder. Add the sugar and mix. Beat the eggs with the oil. Add the carrot to the egg mixture and then add the dry ingredients, mixing until they’re tied. Pour the paste into a cake pan. Bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes. Leave in the pan for about 10 minutes before unmolding it to a grid, to cool down.

  • 7 tablespoons of milk
  • 7 tablespoons of sugar
  • 7 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Sliced almond qs (optional)

Heat all the ingredients over the stove without boiling them, until everything mixes together. Let it cool for 10 minutes and then put it on the already cold cake. You can double the recipe of the coverage and also fill the cake with it.
