- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1 cup of flaxseed flour
- 1/2 cup of sweet sprinkles
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 3 teaspoon of honey
- 2 teaspoon of yeast
- Chocolate with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or butter for topping
Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Grease a round cake tin (that has a removable bottom shape). Beat the eggs whites and reserve. Combine all the ingredients in the Thermomix. Then, fold the egg whites and bake it for 40 minutes. Finally, melt the chocolate and put on top of the cake.
