• Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Carrots
  • Bay leaves
  • 2 Ripe tomatoes
  • (optional) 2 Tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 1 Cup on textured soy
  • Integral Spaghetti
  • Salt, pepper, basil
  • (optional) Grated cheese



Cover the bottom of the pan with olive oil and heat it.

Add chopped garlic, chopped onion and the bay leaf, cook until golden.

Add chopped carrot (in cubes), chopped tomato and the tomato sauce. Let it cook for 5 minutes in medium heat.

Add the soy, season with salt, pepper and basil. Let it cook for another 3 minutes.

Add water until the soy is covered, let it cook for 7 minutes. Add more water depending on how much sauce you want.

Cook the spaghetti, on the same pan or in a different one, season with salt and olive oil.


You can add mushrooms, corn, peas and others vegetables to your recipe. Add them with the soy.
