Recipe one (for one)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons of skim milk or another vegetable drink
  • 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed
  • 1 medium size banana
Recipe two (for two)
  • 1 egg and 1 egg whites
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons of bran or oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed
  • 1 scoop of Wheyprotein
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


For both recipes, put everything in a blender and cook in a nonstick skillet or with a drizzle of olive oil. Flip it very carefuly.

Plate with a square of dark chocolate without sugar, fruit, yogurt or quark cheese and goji berries.
