• 250g of whole grain rusks
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 cottage cheese
  • 6 quail eggs
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Boil the eggs.

Blend the avocado, the cottage cheese and the salt & pepper until you get a homogeneous cream. Place the cream on top of the whole grain rusks and then finish with an open egg in half.

Serve as hors d’oeuvres.
