SPECIAL EDITION // 4 weeks challenge: Going Paleolithic

1 loaf
  • 6 to 8 eggs
  • 200 ml of coconut milk
  • About 200g of linseed flour
  • 100g to 150g of grated parmesan
  • 1 dessertpoon of baking powder
  • Butter or oil for greasing


Mix all ingredients in a blender until they get smooth.

Pour the mixture into a greased pan and put it in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 30 minutes.

Easy, right?
