SPECIAL EDITION // 4 weeks challenge: Going Paleolithic

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of greek natural yogurt or quark cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of flax flour
  • 1 teaspoon of leaven


Mix all ingredients in a blender until they get smooth.

Put it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. You can then choose to let it sear in a pan or on a toaster.
