SPECIAL EDITION // 4 weeks challenge: Going Paleolithic

This recipe is part of the Paleolithic diet Marisa is going to follow for at least 4 weeks. Click here to read the report of this challenge.


  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 zucchinni
  • 1 chayote
  • 1 pumpkin
  • 2 pepper
  • 2 onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • A little portion of bacon in cubes,  to add a little more favour
  • Grated cheese

Note: You can add or take vegetables as you wish.

  • 1 onion
  • 2 ripped tomato
  • Oregano, salt and pepper
  • Olive oil


Cut all the vegetables in slices and place them in layers on a tray. Spread the bacon over it.

Prepare the souce, mixing all the ingredients in a blender until it’s even.

Pour the souce over the vegetables and add the grated cheese.

Take to a 180º oven for 40 minutes.
